House Cleaning Basic Format

We clean all toilets, clean all sinks, clean all tubs and showers, dust everything top to bottom (does not include baseboards or walls), vacuum all carpeted areas, remove all spider webs, remove all spills from counters and other surfaces, clean all mirrors, clean spills from inside and outside of all appliances (refrigerator, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) (Does not include silver bowls located under the eyes of some electric stoves because it is more affordable for the customer to replace), take all trash in household containers to a designated container located outside of the home, and sweep and mop all hard surfaced floors, & sanitize and ionize the air inside the home if the customer requests to do so.(The technicians will have a ionizer/ozone machine with them on the job and it produces ion molecules that attach to the dust particles, making them heavier & causing them to fall to the floor as a result & lowering the probability of the dust resettling as quickly. The ozone side of the machine produces ozone that helps reduce the amount of bacteria in the air that it circulates & it circulates up to 3,500 sq. ft., five times per hour.)

NOTE: Customers can add or take away from this list. UltraClean, Inc. does not use bleach in any of its’ cleaning, except upon customer’s request. Housecleaners are not allowed to lift over 75 lbs. Walls, blind cleaning ,window cleaning or carpet cleaning are not included as part of the "Move-out/Move-In".  We do offer those services and  may have to send out the proper personnel to provide this service to you at your request. Also, if technicians are unable to perform services due to areas being covered with miscellaneous items or debrissuch as dishes, clothes, boxes, trash, toys, there will be an additional charge to remove these items before servicing areas described in the original quote. All "additonal work" will be done at an additional rate of $25.00 per man-hour, and this can only be performed after all work included in the "Move-Out/Move-In" has been completed, so that an accurate account of the time can be kept for billing purposes upon completion of entire job.
